Four decades later, he has developed into a theorist of Decolonizing The Mind (DTM) and has rewritten the book.<\/p>\n
In his lecture, Hira will address the principles of history rewriting, the implications for the discussion regarding reparations, and apologies from the Dutch government and King William Alexander.<\/p>\n
