On March 19, 2026, Sandew Hira will speak at a seminar at the University of Kwazulu Natal in Durban on Unsettling the canon, exploring southern knowledge for sustainability in the posthuman era. He will talk about how to decolonize a discipline: the example of mathematics. He will stay a few days in Pretoria with his good friend and comrade in struggle Rasigan Maharajh.
